We offer two separate digital products. Neither includes the other, and each is bought on its own.
These two products are everything we currently sell. We do not offer a monthly or recurring subscription of any kind.
Free trials are offered on both paid products — normally twelve hours of the complete product, with no payment details required. One trial per account, per product. From time to time we may run a longer promotional trial; where we do, the length is stated on the trial page before you start it, and the clock begins only when you choose to start.
These provide one year of access, running from the date of purchase. We will tell you the end date on your access page at any time. When the year ends, access stops and you are free to buy another year at the price then current. Nothing is charged automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Access bought before 15 August 2026, previously described as "lifetime access", is Candidate-Lifecycle Access. It means access for the duration of your MEO Class I preparation, until you pass the MEO Class I examination. It does not mean access for the natural lifetime of the purchaser.
These members are not being moved onto the one-year term, and their access carries no expiry date. It simply runs for as long as they are preparing.
We do not monitor examination results. Nothing on our side detects that you have passed. Once we receive reliable confirmation that a member has passed MEO Class I — because they tell us, or send us their result — that member's Candidate-Lifecycle Access may be closed. Until then it continues.
Not logging in is not passing. We do not close, suspend or expire accounts for inactivity, however long it has been. If you are still preparing, your access is still yours.
If a closure is ever made in error, tell us and we will restore the access.
We may ask you to reset your password if your credentials are lost, shared, or believed to be compromised, and we may sign your devices out. A password reset is a security step, not a decision about your access — it does not end, shorten or alter what you bought.
Access is personal and non-transferable, and is limited to two devices signed in at once.
Both products may change in price, at the Founder's discretion. The rules below apply to each of them.
A price change never affects access you have already paid for. The price you paid covers your full term at that price. Any change — to either product — applies only to purchases made after it takes effect, and to renewals made after that date. It is never applied retrospectively, and it never shortens, alters or re-prices a term already running.
This means the price shown to you at the moment you pay is the price of your term. If you renew later, the renewal is at the price current on the day you renew.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Your payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once access to the Question Bank has been delivered, we are unable to process refunds. This is consistent with standard practice for digital content under Indian consumer law.

Upon successful payment, your QB access link will be delivered to your registered email address within a few minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. Access is personal and non-transferable.
All content within the MEO Class 1 Question Bank — including questions, answers, regulatory references, and editorial notes — is the intellectual property of Marine Intelligence Weekly. You may use the content for personal exam preparation only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, or publish any part of the QB content without written permission from us.

The Question Bank is compiled from official regulatory sources (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, IRS, DGS) and practical examination experience. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, MIW does not guarantee that the content reflects the most current regulatory position. Always verify critical regulatory information with official sources. We are not liable for any examination outcome.
We regularly update the Question Bank with new questions and corrections. Updates are included at no additional charge for all subscribers (both Founders and Standard tiers). We do not guarantee a specific update frequency.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Question Bank or any MIW content, including examination outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
